一、个人简历

唐中林,男,1974年生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2006年毕业于华中农业大学动物遗传育种专业,获博士学位。同年6月,到中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所做博士后,2008年6月博士后出站留所工作。兼任《Frontiers in bioscience》、《American J. of Agricultural and Biogical Science》等4种国际SCI刊物编委、中国畜牧兽医学会畜禽遗传标记分会理事、“广西家畜遗传改良重点实验室”学术委员会副主任和“珍稀动植物生态与环境保护省部共建教育部重点实验室”客座研究员,2014年获“中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所优青杰青后备人才”资助,2014年入选科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”,2016年入选国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才。受邀为《Genome Biology》、《Scientific Report》、《PLoS One》、《International Journal of Biological Sciences》、《DNA and Cell Biology》、《Molecular Biology Report》、 《Journal of Genetics and Genomics》、《畜牧兽医学报》和《生命的化学》等国内外学术刊物审稿人。

二、研究方向

主要研究领域包括:动物功能基因组和基因组设计育种等。从分子、细胞、个体和群体水平对猪、小鼠骨骼肌生长发育分子机制进行研究,鉴定骨骼肌发育和代谢关键基因并揭示其功能和表达调控机制。利用LongSAGE、高通量测序、基因芯片等方法,进行转录组、miRNA组、LncRNA、甲基化组、蛋白质组和基因互作网络研究,解析中外猪种骨骼肌表型差异分子机制,发现产肉相关关键基因,筛选、鉴定与产肉性状相关的分子标记。利用分子标记辅助选择(MAS)、全基因关联分析(WGA)等手段进行猪的分子育种。通过显微注射、体细胞克隆等方法进行转基因猪制备,研究转基因猪育种的理论与方法。并从事猪遗传育种与生产实践研究,多项研究成果应用到猪育种实践中,与国内多家上市公司、国家龙头企业和国家核心育种场建立了深度紧密的合作,经常深入生产一线指导育种工作。
