一、个人信息

卜登攀,男,1975年生,博士,中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所研究员,博士生导师。担任动物营养与饲料科学营养研究室副主任,兼任中国农业科学院(CAAS)与世界农用林业中心(ICRAF)联合实验室主任,中爱奶业科学技术中心主任,国家牛奶质量改良中心、科技部国际奶业联合研究中心副主任,加拿大动物科学杂志副主编。

二、研究方向和在研课题

主要从事奶牛营养代谢与牛奶品质调控方面的研发工作。先后主持科技攻关(支撑)计划项目、国际科技合作计划重点项目、国家自然科学基金、973计划项目课题研究任务、科技成果转化以及反刍动物饲料安全评价等项目10余项。科研经费总额近千万元。

三、主要研究成果和荣誉

在承担各类科研项目的支持下,以奶牛健康饲养和优质牛奶生产为主线,在牛奶品质形成机理与奶牛健康饲养技术方面开展了大量工作,取得了创新性成果。 揭示了不同饲料资源模式下,乳脂肪与乳蛋白偏低的营养学基础,构建了参与乳脂肪与乳蛋白合成的关键基因调控网络,利用乳腺上皮细胞模型,筛选获得了新的miRNA,进一步研究发现 Bta-miR-181a能够通过目标基因ACSL1调控乳脂肪的合成。在此基础上,研究揭示了奶牛机体转化w-3脂肪酸的能力,建立了提高牛奶中w-3脂肪酸含量的营养调控方法,发明专利奇数和支链脂肪酸作为鉴别动物种属乳标志物中的用途,为功能性乳制品的开发提供了技术依据。

先后获国家科技进步二等奖1项,北京市科学技术奖一等奖1项、三等奖1项,天津市科技进步二等奖1项,中国专利创新优秀奖1项,主持制定农业行业标准2项,获国家发明专利4项,出版著作1部,发表学术论文100余篇,国家科技部中青年“科技创新领军人才”,入选国家科技部“万人计划”。
